Have you thought about making spinach & chickpea soup? It freezes well & would be nice in the winter with crusty bread.
Eggs look fab, my folks have a couple of hens who lay giant eggs, they often have double yolks too 😉
The soup sounds lovely, but we’ve only got a tiny freezer at the moment:-(
