Lemon Meringue Pie looks very tasty, I hope you have a Mary Berry crisp bottom on that pastry? x
The pastry I make in my current oven is definitely not up to scratch! It’s a gas oven; can’t wait to get a decent one, but I don’t have a clue how long that will be.
